Please change the username and password on your router or modem to match the ones that we provided to you in your welcome letter. If you have ever changed your password then please read on below to find out how you can easily retrieve the correct password.
Don't worry if you don’t have your welcome letter to hand. You can dial 0870 0875 562, at any time of the day or night, to access our free automated service.
